We're building a road bridge over the rail line at Brunt Road, Beaconsfield.

Major works are now underway and construction will be completed by 2024, one year ahead of schedule.

The new road bridge will improve safety and reduce congestion for the 8400 vehicles that pass through the level crossing, and allow more trains to run, more often.

The removal of this site will help to create a level crossing free Pakenham Line which will change how locals live, work and travel. With no level crossings on the train line, journeys on the Pakenham Line will be faster and local roads safer.
