Brunt Road Opening Local Traders Promotion

By participating in the Brunt Road Opening Local Traders Promotion (Promotion), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Promotion is conducted by the Level Crossing Removal Project, a division of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning, ABN 69 981 208 782 of Level 9, 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3004, www.levelcrossings.vic.gov.au, 1800 105 105 (LXRP).
  2. There is no participation fee for the Promotion.
  3. Subject to clause 4, the Promotion is open to:
    1. current residents of Victoria only; and
    2. individuals aged 18 years and over at the commencement of the Promotion; or
    3. individuals aged 6 to 17 years at the commencement of the Promotion who have and are able to demonstrate the consent of a parent or guardian before participating in the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, participants in this category confirm that they have their parent or guardian’s consent, and LXRP reserves the right to verify this.
  4. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, suppliers, directors or immediate family members of LXRP.
  5. The Promotion will run from 12am, Thursday 18 April 2024 to 11.59pm, Wednesday 24 April 2024 (Promotion Period).
  6. Upon the commencement of the Promotion Period, LXRP will distribute the Promotion’s flyer by mail drop within a distribution zone to be determined at LXRP’s sole discretion. A copy of the Promotion’s flyer can be found at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. To participate in the Promotion, a person must during the Promotion Period:
    1. scan the QR code on the Promotion’s flyer; and
    2. follow the prompts and enter their personal details to go into the running to win 1 of 3 local trader vouchers valued at $100 each (Prize).
  8. Validity and selection of participants are at the sole discretion of LXRP.
  9. There will be three Prizes, with a total Prize pool valued at $300.
  10. Each winning participant will be selected at random and receive one Prize in the form of a voucher which can then be redeemed at the local trader mentioned in and in accordance with any terms and conditions stated on the relevant voucher.
  11. The Prize is non-transferable. Neither the Prize, nor any unused part of the Prize, can be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward.
  12. To the extent permitted by law, LXRP makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the Prize. Due to the random selection of the winning participants, LXRP makes no representations or warranties that all Prizes will be distributed or claimed.
  13. LXRP is not liable for any Prize being lost, damaged, uncollected, undelivered or unable to be redeemed for whatever reason. The relevant local trader stated on the Prize has the ultimate discretion over the Prize’s redeemability.
  14. LXRP shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize or the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

LXRP reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel all or any part of the Promotion at its sole discretion.


Narre Warren Village Trader Hamper Giveaway

By submitting an entry into the Narre Warren Village trader hamper giveaway (Promotion), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. There is no entry fee for the Promotion.
  2. The Promotion is open to current residents of Victoria.
  3. To validly enter the Promotion, a person must be aged 18 years or over on the first day of the Promotion.
  4. The Promotion will run from 12am Wednesday 6 March until 5pm Sunday 24 March 2024.
  5. Entries are limited to one per person.
  6. Employees, contractors and suppliers of the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
  7. To validly enter the Promotion, a person must complete the online Entry Form accessible by scanning the QR code on the campaign flyer, calling 1800 105 105 and entering via phone.
  8. Validity of entries and selection of entries is at the sole discretion of LXRP.
  9. LXRP reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the Promotion at its sole discretion.
  10. LXRP will draw six winners from the completed online entry forms at random by 5pm Tuesday 26 March 2024.
  11. Each winner will each receive a hamper at random valued at approximately AUD$100 (2 available). The prize must be collected from the LXRP Narre Warren office, located at 9S Deblin Drive, Narre Warren VIC 3805 within business hours (Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm) no later than 2 months after the date the winner is announced or as otherwise agreed between the winner and LXRP.
  12. Each winner will be notified via their nominated contact details provided on the online Entry Form and may be announced on Facebook or Instagram. If a winner is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts are made, a replacement winner will be drawn at random.
  13. The prize is non-transferable. Neither the prize, nor any unused part of the prize, can be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward.
  14. To the extent permitted by law, LXRP makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of the prize.

Croydon Main Street Shopper Rewards

By submitting an entry into the Main Street Shopper Rewards Activity (Promotion), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. There is no entry fee for the Promotion.
  2. The Promotion commences at 12:00 am on 29 January 2024 and concludes upon the earlier of the following:
    1. 11:59 pm on 1 September 2024;
    2. The occurrence of the event stipulated in clause 14.
  3. To validly enter the Promotion a person must:
    1. be an individual:
      • aged 18 years or over at the commencement of the Promotion; or
      • aged 6 to 17 years at the commencement of the Promotion who has and is able to demonstrate the consent of a parent or guardian before entering the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants in this category confirm that they have their parent or guardian’s consent, and LXRP reserves the right to verify this; and
    2. be a resident of Victoria at the commencement of the Promotion; and
    3. during the period of the Promotion, spend a minimum amount totalling AUD$50.00 including GST (Minimum Spend) in one calendar day at any eligible business(es) located in Croydon Main Street as per clause 7; and
    4. complete the online entry form by scanning the QR code on the campaign flyer or poster, or by visiting the online entry form and filling out the form with their first name, last name, email address, post code, transaction amount(s), store(s) of purchase, receipt number(s); and
    5. upload their receipt(s) demonstrating that they have spent the Minimum Spend in one calendar day. Receipts must be full tax receipts and must show the business name, the date of purchase, the items which were purchased, and the total amount spent including GST.
  4. A person who validly enters the Promotion pursuant to clause 3 is an Eligible Applicant.
  5. An Eligible Applicant will, within seven (7) calendar days of entering the Promotion, receive an email from LXRP confirming their entry (Confirmation Email). This email will designate a trader from which the person may collect a prize (Spot Light Trader).
  6. Entries are limited to one entry per person, per calendar day.

  8. Employees, contractors, and suppliers of the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) are not eligible to enter the Promotion.

  11. Subject to clauses 12, 13, 14 and 15, an Eligible Applicant may collect a Main Street Traders Association voucher of varying amount (Voucher) from the Spot Light Trader to be spent at a Participating Croydon Main Street Trader of their choice. Vouchers are valued at up to $20.
  12. The same Voucher cannot be spent at more than one Participating Croydon Main Street Trader.
  13. To collect a Voucher pursuant to clause 11, an Eligible Applicant must present the Confirmation Email for their entry at the Spot Light Trader. An Eligible Applicant may not claim more than one Voucher for each Confirmation Email that they present at the Spot Light Trader.
  14. Subject to clause 2, the Promotion ends upon the collection of all Vouchers, even if the last Voucher is collected earlier than 11:59 pm on 1 September 2024.
  15. An Eligible Applicant who does not present to the Spot Light Trader to collect a Voucher before the conclusion of the Promotion as per clause 2 cannot receive a Voucher. This includes any case where a delay in presenting at the Spot Light Trader is caused by waiting for a Confirmation Email. LXRP makes no representation, warranty or guarantee that an Eligible Applicant will receive a Voucher.
  16. Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period indicated on the Voucher and subject to any conditions specified by the Croydon Main Street Traders Association.
  17. All Vouchers are non-transferable. Neither the Vouchers, nor any unused part of the Vouchers, can be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward.
  18. Personal information is collected to enable the administration and promotion of the Promotion. Personal information collected, used and disclosed in connection with this Promotion is subject to the Level Crossing Removal Project’s Privacy Policy .
  19. To the extent permitted by law, LXRP makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability, or merchantability of any Voucher.
  20. LXRP is not liable for any Voucher being lost, damaged, unavailable, uncollected, undelivered or unable to be redeemed for whatever reason.
  21. Bedford Roads Shop'n Win Promotion

By entering the Bedford Road Shop’n Win Promotion (Promotion), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promotion is run by the South Eastern Program Alliance (SEPA), which comprises the State of Victoria, through the Level Crossing Removal Project (a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning) (LXRP), Metro Trains Melbourne Pty Ltd, Laing O'Rourke Australia Construction Pty Limited, and Jacobs Group (Australia) Pty Ltd.

2. There is no entry fee for the Promotion.

3. The Promotion will commence at 12:00 AM Monday 29 January 2024 and end at 11:59 PM Sunday 24 March 2024 (Promotion Period).

4. Subject to clause 5, to be eligible to enter the Promotion, a person must:

  • a) be a resident of Victoria at the commencement of the Promotion; and
  • b) be aged 18 years or over at the commencement of the Promotion.

5. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, suppliers, directors or immediate family members of LXRP.

6. To validly enter the Promotion a person must:

  • a) spend a minimum of $10 (including GST) in an in-person transaction at any participating Bedford Road trader listed in the table in clause 9 (Participating Trader) during the Promotion Period;
  • b) complete the entry form available at the Participating Trader with all required details, and place it in the specially marked Shop’n Win white promotion box before the end of the relevant week that the transaction was made as listed in the table in clause 9; and
  • c) retain evidence of that transaction at the Participating Trader.

7. Validity and selection of entries is at the sole discretion of LXRP.

8. There is a separate prize draw for each week of the Promotion Period, across the periods in the below table. Winners will receive one voucher valued at either $100, $50, or $30 per valid entry for a Participating Trader, dependent on the week of the Promotion (Prize). There are a total of 24 Prizes to be won, with a total prize pool of $1440.

9. The winners will be selected at random by LXRP at the end of each week listed in the table in clause 9. Entries from previous weeks will not carry over into successive weeks.

10. Each winner will be notified by LXRP via their nominated contact details provided on their entry form and will be required to produce evidence of their transaction at the relevant Participating Trader.

11. The Prize must be collected from the relevant Participating Trader within 7 days of notification by LXRP and a proof of identity will be required upon collection.

12. Prizes must be redeemed within their respective validity period and in accordance with any conditions specified on them or by the Participating Trader.

13. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days after notification by LXRP, the Prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected by awarding the Prize to the next eligible entrant by random (excluding those persons who have already be awarded a Prize).

    • the relevant word of the day for that round (Word Of The Day).
  7. Entries are limited for each round to one entry per person.
  8. Employees, contractors and suppliers of the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
  9. To validly enter the Promotion, on the day of a round, a person must:
    • attend at the address of the relevant Participating Parkdale Trader for that round during its business hours on the day of that round and complete a hard copy Promotion entry form available at the relevant Participating Parkdale Trader (Entry Form);
    • submit the completed Entry Form to the relevant Participating Parkdale Trader during its business hours on the day of that round; and
    • say the relevant Word Of The Day for that round to the shop attendant at the relevant Participating Parkdale Trader for that round.
  10. LXRP reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel all or any part of the Promotion at its sole discretion.
  11. For each round, the first five valid entrants to say the relevant Word Of The Day for that round to the shop attendant at the relevant Participating Parkdale Trader for that round will each win a prize (Prize).
  12. Each winner will be notified by the shop attendant at the relevant Participating Parkdale Trader at the time of winning the Prize. Each winner may be announced on Facebook, Instagram or X (formerly known as Twitter).
  13. There will be 60 Prizes valued at up to AUD$60 each with a total prize pool valued at AUD$3,150.
  14. Each winner will receive one Prize in the form of either a physical product or a voucher which can then be redeemed in accordance with any terms and conditions stated on the relevant voucher.
  15. Prizes for each round must be collected directly from the relevant Participating Parkdale Trader for that round within their business hours or as otherwise agreed between the winner and the relevant Participating Parkdale Trader for that round.

By participating in the Peel and Reveal Promotion (Promotion) to be held at Blondie’s Kafe located at Shop B/27 Golden Banksia Drive, Officer (Promotion Location), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. By submitting an entry into the Parkdale Christmas Hamper Promotion (Promotion), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. There is no entry fee for the Promotion.
  2. The Promotion is open to current residents of Victoria only.
  3. To validly enter the Promotion, a person must be aged at least 18 years old on the first day of the Promotion.
  4. The Promotion will run from 12:00am Saturday 9 December 2023 until 11:59pm Sunday 17 December 2023.
  5. Entries are limited to one entry per transaction of AUD$10 or more spent at a trader in Parkdale displaying advertising material for the Promotion (Participating Parkdale Trader).
  6. Employees, contractors and suppliers of the Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP) are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
  7. To validly enter the Promotion, a person must:

By submitting an entry into the Camms Road Bridge Trivia Competition (Promotion), you are giving your consent to the following Terms and Conditions set by the Promoter (as defined below).

How to enter

By submitting an entry into the Hurstbridge Line Duplication Community Event Prize Draw (Competition), you are consenting to the following Terms and Conditions.

    3. whether stocks of the Prize are still available

By signing up to the Spring Blitz – Shop and Win Promotion via the StampMe Application (StampMe App), you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. The Promotion is run by the South Eastern Program Alliance (SEPA), which comprises the State of Victoria, through the Level Crossing Removal Project (a division of the Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, an administrative office in relation to the Department of Transport and Planning) (LXRP), Metro Trains Melbourne Pty Ltd, Laing O’Rourke Construction Pty Ltd and WSP Australia Pty Limited.
  2. There is no entry fee for the Promotion.
  3. The Promotion will run from 12am Monday 11 September until 11.59pm Sunday 15 October 2023 (Promotion Period).
  4. To be eligible to enter the Promotion (Eligible Entrant) and validly enter the Promotion a person must:
    1. be a resident of Victoria at the commencement of the Promotion;
    2. be aged 18 years or over at the commencement of the Promotion;
