Help design the Mooroolbark commemorative wall

16 Jul 2020

We understand that local history and heritage is extremely important to communities where we carry out our level crossing removal projects. This is why we need your help on how best to honour the history of Mooroolbark as part of an art installation.

As part of our works, we will install a commemorative wall in the new Mooroolbark Station precinct. This will be located by the bus bays at Mooroolbark Station and will display artwork to celebrate the history of the local area for the community to enjoy. This wall will be installed towards the end of the project as part of the finishing touches.

This is where you come in. The artwork will be developed from your feedback, resulting in a design which reflects and celebrates Mooroolbark’s history from a local community perspective.

How to get involved

Tell us how you want the history of Mooroolbark to be portrayed by visiting Engage Victoria before 5pm Thursday 13 August 2020.

If you require a hard copy of the survey, please get in touch via contact@levelcrossings.vic.gov.au or call 1800 105 105.
