Greensborough and Montmorency consultation report now available

28 Jan 2021

In October and November 2020, we asked the community for their feedback on aspects of the new Greensborough and Montmorency station precincts, such as overall look and feel, materials, plants and public artwork opportunities.

You can read about the feedback and how it influenced the two station precinct designs in the community consultation report.

The report also outlines the community consultation activities since late 2019 when we first started asking the community for their views on this important infrastructure project.

At Greensborough, the community’s top three priorities for the station precinct are:

  1. better pedestrian access,
  2. between connections between station, and
  3. surrounds and car parking.

For Montmorency Station, we heard that landscaping and vegetation, more weather protection and updated station facilities with all abilities access were at the top of the priority list.

We’ll be coming back out to the community before major works begin to share final designs and show you how your feedback has been incorporated.
