Reynard Street, Coburg – level crossing and car park closures

Reynard Street, Coburg will be closed to vehicles at the level crossing from Monday 13 July to late 2020.

Car parking on the northern side of Reynard Street, between Railway Place and Sydney Road will also be removed from Monday 27 July to mid November 2020.

Pedestrian access across the level crossing will be maintained.

Traffic management and signage will be in place to guide vehicles and pedestrians.

These changes will allow works to take place for the Bell to Moreland Level Crossing Removal Project.

While we always endeavour to complete works as scheduled, dates and times are subject to change.


Vehicle detours

Vehicles can detour north via Loch Street, Munro Street and Sydney Road, or south via Station Street, Moreland Road and Sydney Road.

Car parking changes

Car parking on the northern side of Reynard Street, between Railway Place and Sydney Road will be removed from Monday 27 July to mid November 2020.  

Around 5 on street car parking spaces will also be removed on the southern side of Reynard Street.
